Bicycle Mechanics - Ultegra BB with Dura Ace Crankset?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Just to be sure BEFORE I throw down my money on more components... Can I use an Ultegra bottom bracket (6600) with a Dura Ace crankset (7803)? Or does DA crank require DA BB? Thanks guys!

7803? 3 usually indicates a triple crankset and the last Dura Ace I saw was 7703.
Regardless, 6600 indicates a double crank BB which won't work with a triple crank.

Triples and doubles use the same BB, you just have to use the required spacer with the triple.

There are several spacers that come with the BB. Be sure to use the correct combination for your triple crank as per the instructions.
Ultegra Holowtech II BB's are interchangeable with Dura Ace Hollowtech II BB's.
Just be sure to use the correct spacers in the correct locations for your triple configuration like others have stated.

The spacer for my triple Ultegra came with the crank, not with the BB... just in case you're getting any parts used.

Good point, I couldn't remember which they came with.

BB spacers are a dime a piece at "Loose Screws"....just pick your width and your set.
