As of today I now weight 215 lbs. - a total loss (so far) of 50 lbs. since I started working on it in April! I'm 2/3 of the way to my goal of 190 (I'm 6' 1" and may decide that 190 is too skinny when I'm done, but I want to get there first and make that decision), and I credit most of my weight loss to cycling, either on the exercise bike or one of my real bikes.

Woo Hoo!

Good job.

What all did you change? Did you change your eating habits and start bicycling? How many miles per week?

I'm up and down on the weight. I was born with really good taste buds i guess. I'm still riding though, 1600 miles since last Feb.
