Foo - Do you like the new BikeForums.net T-shirt?

Personally i think the logo that was picked is ugly and the worst of the lot. How do you feel?

If you don't like the one that received the most votes, then make up a design and get it printed up.

It's not that difficult to do.

Cypress, the RYANF on the back is only an example of the option to spend an extra $5 or whatever to get your user id on the back.

I think the word that strikes me is PLAIN, and boring.

I think they rushed it too much because there were some good late arrivals.

Personally, No, but it won because people voted for it. I like the idea of the username on the back. As far as late entries... oh well, some were quite nice, but you have to have a cutoff date. Ya snooze ya loose, as they say.

Personally, I like the design. It's simple, easy to read, and obviously about bicycles. The first example above would either lead people to think you have a Best Friend of a Boy Friend (most people who would see you wear that BF t-shirt would not know that it meant Bike Forums unless they came in for a really close look). The second one is okay, but if it didn't get created in time to be in the competition, then that's tough.

I understand wanting everyone to buy one design because we can probably order bulk from a company for cheaper, but why not create a couple popular designs at cafepress and allow people to order separately? Anyone care to volunteer? I will do it if there is some interest, but I can't guarantee when I would get it done.

Upset? Not really. I wasn't going to buy one anyway. Well, maybe if it had a naked pic of that female pole vaulter that cypress posted, i might reconsider. But other than that, I'm not a "club shirt" sort of guy. In fact i find the whole deal a little weird, but that's just me.

Once I realized that I could get t-shirt without ryanf on tshirt, I became much more accepting of tshirt. Not sure I want to walk around with "Jsharr" on my back. I mean i get enough **** thrown at me when I walk the streets in anonymity. Why give the haters more reason to be hatin is all I'm saying.

I think we need a run-off election. Only 21.9% of respondents voted for this design. That doesn't mean that 78.1% voted against it, but there are certainly a lot of people who prefer other designs. I'd suggest another poll with the top three from this one.
