nice jersey, I picked one up last year. It's weird, cause the windproof fabric isn't fleece lined; I don't have the technical knowledge of all the fabrics out there, but I assume it's one of those new softshell fabrics.
As such, it doesn't really feel very heavy, or seem like it's gonna protect you much. In fact, the way it's made, that type of fabric feels a little chilly against you when you first put it on. But it does the job.
I usually only wear mine when it's really cold, say below freezing, and pretty windy out, and wear a windproof shell over it. that gives me two windblocking layers to keep me protected from the blustery winter winds.
