it appears that all he is doing is wrapping the original item in cardboard. look at the rear dropouts, you can see the bike frame underneath. just saying

I don't see a frame. I think there is a slight gap where the stay meets the dropout with the background showing through.

After reading some reviews online and reading the text on his webpage, I am inclined to agree with you. All say he works in carboard and glue with no supporting structure underneath. Makes it all the more amazing. Thanks for the link.

Well...its old school for sure...it has downtube shifters and a 5spd freewheel.
