Hi, My name is Chris Hawley. I'm from Wilson,North Carolina.I just like to ride bikes.I started mtbing several years ago.But trails really aren't that excessable around here so I bought my first road bike 3 weeks ago.It's a Trek 1000, a pretty good starter on a budget.I like it alot,gets me where I want to go and then some.I hope to give a couple years then up grade.I look forward to getting some great info from this forum and maybe meeting some great people.

Welome Chris...I'm fairly new as well and have found this web forum very friendly and full of useful info. Also check out the older posts using the search..you'll find lots more info and opinions posted.

All these replies coming in at 4 in the morning make me wonder if everyone in NC work a swing shift like me or maybe we are all just night owls.Anyway it's great to know I'm not alone.
