Hey guys and gals...every saturday the team i am racing for this year does rides out of Cosmos Coffee shop http://www.cosmoscoffeecafe.com/ in La mesa CA...we meet up about 7:45 and head out by about 8:00...

Anwyho the rides are a no drop ride with an A and B group right now...

Usually consist of about 40-75 miles depending on group with about 1500-3500ft of climbing.

Be glad to see you guys out there.

What are some of the routes you've ridden in the past? I'm not a saturday morning at 8am kinda person, but I'd be interested in seeing where you ride from there.

Most of the rides are out east leaving from La mesa with mostly these routes or some sort of varient of them...

pace of the B group? I might go, otherwise I'm going on the hill 55 miles route we did few months ago.

the pace for the whole group is about 18ish on the flats....we break up on the hills and then meet back up near the tops...and then if you want the A group does a longer climbing section...

Trust me...i might be a little stronger now than i was when i rode with you guys...but i am more than positive you can hang bro as i am part of the A group.

we will be riding this saturday...same time...same place...probably different route though...somewhere along the coast...

I'll prolly stay local tomorrow, but will ride with you guys next week. I'll go north as far as the air lets me then head to the coast.

we had a meeting this morning, everyone has to work OT....I've been working 11-12hrs a day all week already!!!
