Hi,

I've been banned with the IDs: Samsation7, Franckcisco, and Thesurgeongod from the forum and I'm here to make my case why I should be allowed to return.

I was never banned for misdemeanor or ungentlemanly conduct. I have used the name samsation7 for over a year now and later added another account franckcisco for my college roomate since we share the same desktop. Lowcel contacted me that I am only allowed one account so I acquiesced and asked what I should do to comply with forum guidelines. He said, one of two accounts must be closed, which one do you want to close? I said both because I was spending too much time on BF and it has impaired my work somewhat. So he closed both. You can ask him. I thought that I can always create another account and log back in when I have more free time. So I did. And another mod(you?) closed my new account.

So what can I do at this point? The ban was basically a self-ban. I tried to contact the email (brain@bikeforums.net) WTH is Brain? I'd like to have the Thesurgeongod as my one and only account.

P.S. I have to make another account just so someone would reply

You need to consult a dictionary...Your post is not a manifesto. It is a complaint. But I suppose that makes it sound less impressive.

Your not making a very good case for yourself this way. You should follow 55/Rad's suggestions and try contacting Brian again as he is a very reasonable guy. Additionally, I am moving this thread to the "Forum Suggestions and User Assistance" area where it belongs.

I see no problem with you keeping one (and only one) screen name. I didn't even want to ban you in the first place, just your sock puppets. Like you said, you are the one that said to ban both of them. As long as you only want to keep one name it shouldn't be a problem. Just e-mail brian and tell him all of your screen names so he can delete or ban all of them except for the one you want to keep. Should be pretty simple on your part.

This thread has been more fun then most. I thank the mods for the seen and unseen work they do. I've had enough cats not to want to herd tens of thousands of them. I've gotten enough out of cycling in my time to want to give something in return. My wife was a mod on a literary forum and she needed to constantly vent to me what she had to deal with.
