I used to do GMR every sunday: rain, sleet, snow, hail, etc. Lately though, I've been mtn biking and have had a really bad work schedule, so no Baldy for me.

Unfortunately, the work schedule hasn't changed, so there's not a 100% guarantee that I'll be actually able to do the ride I'm posting (cute isn't it?)

When: Saturday 10/27 -
Where: Parking lot @ Mills and Mt Baldy Rd in Claremont (http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&time=&date=&ttype=&q=mills+ave+and+mt+baldy+rd,+claremont+ca&sll=34.106404,-117.728806&sspn=0.0732,0.114498&ie=UTF8&ll=34.13852,-117.707305&spn=0.009146,0.014312&z=16&iwloc=addr&om=1)
Rolling By: 7:15. Cause I'm lazy. Sorry.
What: Baseline to Glendora, up GMR, over GRR, Ski Lift option for the willing/official parting of ways.
Why: Cause it's a great ride I haven't been on in a while.

It usually takes me 40 minutes or so to get to the gate on gmr, so I could hold there till 8 if people want. There's no SAG, and no cell phone services, so make sure everything is in order.

Maybe this is a B- ride by the system? i'm not sure, those more in the know should inform me.

Oh, and not to distract from the Tour De Santa Barbara ride, which is also a great route, and I would so be signing up for if I knew I had the time.

Well, I went up today. It was awesome. I really love the route. I thought I saw somebody in a BF jersey as well?

Since you don't seem to know whether you'll be doing this ride yourself, why not tentatively tag onto Vertical Bob's ride hwy 39 from Encanto Park to Crystal Lake & AC on the 27th (http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php?t=352274&page=2).
