Tonight is the the night I was supposed to be meeting for my every wednesday group ride. Last weeks ride I didn't feel to great but I went anyway, unfortunately I havenot ridden since. Today I go and see the doctor and he tells me I have a sinus infection and acute bronchitis soo no riding for me for a few days. Good news is that my Lemond gets a shiny new chain at the lbs tomorrow.

You're lucky it's only a few days. I'm off my bike for 2 weeks with a knee injury. Not happy at all.

Hope you feel better soon!

Me too mnppunky.:(

I went for a hard ride in the sweltering heat on Sunday and on Monday morning my throat was sore. I still don't feel right and I have a race on Friday.

Take this time to recover. They say a break is good.

I once ran 30 miles for a charity while i was sick with a cold, i then had that cold for the next week :( I would say take the break, its not worth keeping the cold longer.
