First of all hello
I am not a frequent english speaker nor writer so my sentences can be somehow wrong (spelling).
I am interested in the mechanical propertys of common aluminium alloys (used in the bicycle industry -frame manufacture-) and their chemichal composition (ISO/ANSI standards).
I did looked on the internet and didn't found any standards and at my university library the standards aren't really updated (especialy on the aluminium alloys).
if anyone can provide a link to these standards would be excellent.
I am designing a long travel full suspension frame so steel isn't really a choice because of the mass issue (but could be an option - as a last resort -).
