Hi,
Ever since I got back from my cross-country tour in the summer, I have been working like a mad-man to create an online bike route network. It can be put simply as "wiki-bike-map." Everyone around the world can input routes they have ridden, and connect those routes to each other. With everyone's help we can create the first non-auto-centric online mapping service.
So, in summary, the application is nearing completion, and I would love to get other bicycle tourists to try out the system and give feedback.
If you would like to be one of the first people to use this new application, please send me an email to: wikibikemap@gmail.com.
Thank you.
Best,
Chris Turitzin

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
