Hey all,
Bought a pair of Mavic Cosmos wheels from LBS last Monday.
Didn't get to try them until today. Well, the freehub cassette is just a bit longer than and ultegra cassette. So of course my cassette would not tighten down all the way!! Very frustrating. I called the LBS,and..." OH, it should have the back spacer for the Mavic hub." Well damn, shouldn't they have provided or at least asked that when purchased? I use this store a lot and they know what wheels I ride. It is very inconvenient to make a special trip during the week to the shop when I should have been give the part with the wheelset.

So should I be pissed or not?

Opinions?:crash:

Well...I'd be disappointed, but whether I'd be pissed would depend on their reaction to the problem. Have they been accomodating and admited the mistake? My LBS occasionally slips up, but usually makes efforts to correct the mistakes.

Shinichi-san........zannen desu ne....
Yes, I'd be ticked off, but the degree of tick-off depends on their reaction and handling of this particular situation. Were they accomodating and apologetic? If not, maybe you can teach them some business manners.....
