I just picked up a bag full of NOS Shimano UN 52 and UN 72 BB's. Some are 68mm shell, but a bunch are 73mm. I'm only familiar with 68 and 70.... are these 73mm mountain bike BB's?

Anyone need one, cheap? :D

My Schwinn Homegrown hardtail mountain bike uses a UN 52, 73x107. The reason I know is I just replaced it about a week ago. Had I procrastinated a week, I would've bought one from you.

Yes, it's a mtb size, very common.

This size was common with the early day downhill bikes and heavier mountain bikes.

It's a common size, period. I've currently got seven mountain bikes in my basement, and three of them have 73mm shells. They're all XC rigs.

I'm looking for an e-type (would say UN52-E or UN72-E or have an sticker with an E on it), in 73mm with 113mm spindle. Have any that size? Cheers.
