I have a pair of Planet Bike ATB Freddy Fenders I want to mount to my mountain bike. It has 26" wheels. I unfortunately don't have the instructions, but I do have nuts, bolts, cable ties, and a screwdriver set. My LBS says the fenders are meant for 700c wheels, but that doesn't make sense to me; most ATB's >are< 26". I'm fairly sure they'll fit.

If anyone can help I'd be grateful.

These fenders are for Road 700c wheels. I put a pair on my bike fairly easily (only a little bending of the steel rods)

The instructions were printed on the inside of the cardboard that holds it all together, but weren't that helpful - basically just said to put them on and tighten the screws.

One thing that made it a lot easier - my frame has mountings to accept the screws, most new frames don't.
