I agree, It really looks like a phony response, but often cell phones follow their owners. My daughter is using her cell phone up in new york. So a call to NY is a local call for us.

That's a valid point....my cell phone still had a FL number for my first month or so here.

Still......I have NO DOUBT that is a bogus response. If you view that google...the number has been used in many animal for sale ads.
