When i used to race Remote Control Cars they were selling a little machine that you could hook up to a computer a print out stickers. They sell it in a magazine called RC Car Action. It is probably in the long run cheaper because sign shops and shops like that usually need to make a minumum amount and it gets costly.
a lot of times, sign shops can make you a die cut sticker fairly cheap. I don't think you have to do a minimum amout of stickers. If you want inexpensive black and white stickers printed, www.dieselfuelprints.com is the best.

no.
there was a member on BF who made his own vinyl decals.. i knoW it!!
he did custom graphics for import tuner ricers
he posted a series of photos that showed him at an event and trashing his front quarter panel in an accident of some sorts
i forget his name/UN, but i think he had an black IRO frame with a sweeeeeeet decal covering his downtube. it looked like graffiti.
i think he had blue tires at the time and bullhorns.
now once upon a time he offered to pump out the vinyl decals to anyone willing to kick him a few $$$$
WHO was this GUY?
does anyone remember who I'm talking about
I think he's west coast.
i've been wanting to get in touch with this guy for a while now

I've gotten vinyl letters cut at this place http://www.mrletter.com/
the quality is good but they tend to look a little generic.

Check in Classic and Vintage... There is a guy, mswantak, who does repro and custom decals. May as well promote a fellow BF'er.
