The air did seem better outside today even in the valley. I'm not an expert, though. I'll be riding up the coast starting in Ventura tomorrow. Not taking any risks.

I'm no expert either, but I think with a little rain today, and the amount of moisture in the air, you shoud be in good shape from Ventura tomorrow Mary. Have a good ride.

I'm cycling today along PCH in Huntington Beach.
Air quality seems good enough if I take it somewhat easy.

Went to the San Gabriel River trail, then through Long Beach, then up part of the LA River Trail - air quality was OK on that part of the coast.

It's very nice up here in Agoura Hills. It has looked good for a couple of days now, after a week of looking like Mordor. I went for a ride for the first time in a week, yesterday. I didn't feel that great, but I think that was from not riding more than the quality of the air.

smoke cleared up here in esco, but damn it's warm, my sidebar is saying it's 85* here. But I'll take it. Gonna roll for a short spin down 395. Chargers are kicking ass so no point watching the rest of the game.
