I've been expecting this. The Forest Service had to close the Angles Nat. Forest due to the fire danger. This has happened in the past. What they have done before was to baracade the parking areas, even the turnouts so no one could park. I have , however, ridden up there on AC and AF with no problem as long as you stay on the main roads. I'm not sure I would try one of the closed roads though. They prohibit that I think. Newcombs and Hidden Springs are open as well. The closure usually last till we get some good rain.
