Behold Cottonwood Cove, 10 miles of vigorous XC. Lots of uphill, tight switchbacks and tumbleweeds :)

Here is a pic of me at the head of the smaller dh section. It leads to the crazy switchback which is the peak of the trail. I love the view up there, gonna be going back this weekend.

you have to click the link then hit your "refresh" button, thats what worked for me.

Get some different shoes. Running shoes and pedals are NOT a good combo. Get some BMX or Skate shoes. Something with a softer sole that is smooth. A lot of people like Etienes. Personally, I've always been a big fan of VANS.
