Does anybody know of a online shop that carries Lizard skins gloves and stuff?

Yeah, they make gloves. Mostly for the BMXers. I'd try Dan's Comp. They probably have em.

They've got Fox but not Lizard skins. Oh well. Would you use full-fingered gloves for MTBing? I want to try some full-thumb gloves, but I'm not sure about full-fingered.

I use nothing but full fingered. I like the AXO descends. The FOX Mojave are some good full thumbed short fingered gloves.

Why do you use full fingered? For protection? better grip?

I use full fingered gloves in the fall because they are warmer. Pricepoint.com has 99 fox sierra's for $10ish - I don't use them all that often so those are perfect for me!

I live in hot humid Florida and I still use full fingered gloves. I guess I got used to them racing BMX when I was younger. The new gloves are a lot cooler utilizing a lot more breathable fabric and such.

I predominantly use full fingered because the half finger gloves would always roll up on me and I hated that. I also push off trees and branches and I like the extra protection.

As a bonus, I use my old gloves as work gloves around the house. Nothing like cutting down tree branches and planting bushes in style.:D

Yeah, me too. Full-fingered only for many years. Much more protection.

Oops:blush: I didn't realise we were talking about the same glove. When I was at Pricepoint I couldn't remember what glove you mentioned.

Matty,I use my trusty,or is that crusty?, old pair of fox sidewiders full fingers..hot or cold..I figure 9 times outta 10 it's your hand that hits the dirt first + I feel kinda naked if I use my road gloves for MTB ! and full fingers are good for getting things stuck in my tires out on the fly !!

Hey, if all else fails check out their website. www.lizardskins.com. it's still under construction right now, but check back in a few weeks. I was reading one of my magazines last night and saw their ad, and I thought of you! or maybe it was just where I was sitting. (just kidding)

Yeah, I've been checking Lizardskins.com for a month now. I might be able to order some Lizardskins gloves from one of the bike shops in Columbia.
