I rolled down to a friends place, maybe two miles from my place, and got knocked over trackstanding. Screw the wind, really, screw this. Although now that it's died down, I might stroll out for a Sunday night ride.

i went to the ducks at noon to check for diehard riders, found none, left, and was promptly blown into central by a monster crosswind. is that what ftw means? f#$% the wind?

Cyclist got hit at 4th and Montano today. Didn't see the wreck, but the guy was alert and talking from what I saw, but was back boarded and c-collared. His bike looked fine. Hope everything turns out ok for him.

Put some things into perspective for me.

Be careful, look out and wear a helmet.
