So I passed up the chance to drive a car at 16, and 5 years later things have been working out without 4 wheels, still. However, I had a really bad accident a few years back that left myself and my other bike wasted, and the bike didn't make it. Now i'm riding around on this all the time, which as you can imagine, is not all that great for practicality.
Its a great bike, but there's not a lot to be said for its usefulness in a mostly urban environment. It'd be nice to get a hardtail frame and just move the components around, because I don't see anyone wanting to buy a 7 year old y-frame.
Can anyone suggest a good source for a weather resistant frame that'll take carrying more stuff and climbing hills better?
