Hi Folks,
I just received my Astrale from Performance Bike yesterday and after 2 hours finally gout it mounted and able to receive signals from bothe the speed sensor and the cadence sensor.
Here are my issues right now:
1)How do you secure the cadence magnet on the left crank? It comes with these silly little zipties to warp around the crank, but after just 10 menutes of pedalling....on a trainer....the ziptie gets loose and falls away from where it needs to be. What else are other people using? If it's this bad on a trainer I know it wont say secure on the road.
2) Sensor mounts - The front sensor mount for the cadence has a strip of black plastic that sticks out to the left of the bike by a couple of inches. With every pedal stroke, the pedal crank hits this piece of protruding plastic. I fear that this will knock the sensor out eventually.
Should I just return the thing?
