at 8:am Saturday
50 to 60 miles 19mph pace if we do some vo2 pops we will regroup.


This is right down my alley. But, it's still kind of scary. I mean, V02 pops? Regroup? Noobs in the group (like me) usually get dropped and left for dead. You know kind of a hazing ritual thingy? Fortunately I know the area a little bit.
Anyone want to join me in getting hazed? :p

a) 19 average isn't at that quick, even in winter

b) I think they are saying they will be making some efforts and re-grouping if anyone gets dropped
