Madonna performs in Vision Quest too so you might wanna download some of that... Notthing gets you more pumped than "Dress you up"! :)

miracle always did the trick for me, of course it helps when I live near by lake placid.

your a swimmer? how about watch swimming. watch ziegler's HUGE world record setting swim a couple months ago, or just youtube hansen, crocker, lochte vs phelps, stuff like that. Watch fast swimming...its fun
