Hey look at this old Trike I found on Ebay. I think I am going to buy it.

We had lots of these in the factory where I retired from. I rode one
for a long time finding it to be strong as a bull ox. In fact, I liked the
trike so much I bought a "civilian" version of this trike (Mover model)
call the PAV which I use and very much enjoy today in my retirement.
Don't figure on going very fast but it will haul more weight than you
can pedal and not breakdown. If you happen to need parts contact
Worksman directly for the correct parts at a fair price.

I've been noticing that most of these trikes and stuff are offered as pick-up only, no shipping, and I think that is the case with this one. Read the post below about trikes as well, another currently out there in WV listed as an ice cream/ parts mover trike.

Most likely the reason for pickup only is the only way that I am aware of to ship them is via LTL freight. They are way to heavy for Fed/UPs. The plant I am currently working at has quite few of them and just got several brand new ones. They also have a lot of the 2 wheeled cruiser style bikes for the paper pushers to ride. They also have a couple of the 4 wheelers. They work very well on flat ground but I would hate to have to pedal one up much of hill.

Yeah the guy said it was pickup only. But when I talked to him he said he could put it in his truck and take it to the FedEx Place. I think I may end up paying more for shipping then for the actual bike.

That's a really good solid trike. I like it, - I especially like the bumper on the front :D

Here's another cool trike, about 300 miles from me. I doubt it would fit in a Vue, so if I were to buy it, I'd have to rent a Uhaul truck just to get it home! (or else ride it up I-45!) This is a cool looking item, but I have absolutely no use for it myself...Still, it's tempting.
On the shipping, I think it's the phsyical size, not just the weight. If they could be easily disassembled and shipped as two or three packages, that might help. It MAY be possible, and people just aren't adept enough to do it, not much telling without looking at one close up.

Hmmm...at 10 miles per hour, I could have it home in 30 miles....

FYI- the original trike up there is back up on auction.
I've noticed half these things don't ever make it to the auction date- not sure why- either people decide there's no interest and pull the ad, or maybe somebody buys it off craigslist first or something.
I've also found that on the three wheel thingies, people just don't know what to call them, so it's hard to search for them- ice cream cycles, parts hauler, trike, etc.
