In a couple of weeks I will be purchasing the Shimano Ultegra SPD-SL R600 pedals which will be used w/ my Sidi Genius 4 shoes. Will I need a specific adapter plate for the cleats to fit? Thanks!

Nope...I just bought the Shimano Dura Ace 7500's which is the same SPD-L cleat and I also picked up the Sidi Genius 4's. No special adapter.

When I did my fitting at the biking store, the person did use different screws for the cleats...I think a shorter one for the front.
