BMX - '80s JMC Racing Frame

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I got a couple of bikes from my parents' house yesterday - a heavy-ass Hoffman and a vintage JMC Racing frame. I know some older cats post here, so I was wondering if one of you had something to say about it. I would like to see it built up with period-specific parts but I don't have the money, so I think I'm going to sell the frame. How can I find out more about this thing?
I can't believe my father built it up with a Gyro, haha.

I think it's the picture but that looks small, like 18 inches.

17, actually.
Bikes were small back then. JMC was one of the best bikes from that time. If you end up selling it, you should have no problem finding buyers. Especially if you post it at vintagebmx.com or just put it up on eBay.
