I've only been out to one critical mass. Is it just me, or does it start way to early for anyone with a job? Most people I know just can't make a 4:30 mass. Calgary, Vancouver, Chicago and Montreal all start at 5:30, Toronto at 6pm, New York at 7pm,

after what I witnessed in 2006 there is no way anyone could convince me to participate. The attention derived from 2006 only succeeded in alienating cyclists from the general public more than ever

If you want to further the cause of cyclists in Winnipeg then look at joining Bike to the Future. http://www.biketothefuture.org/

They are a very civil minded group and are working with the city to improve cycling in Winnipeg.

Trying to promote Bicycle awareness with Critical Mass is like trying to promote Flu awareness by running around and coughing on everyone. No Thanks.
