Tufo elite, Grifo challenge, grifo dry, others for colorado all around race tubular

Picked up my first tubies, not picked a tire. Which of these three for a usually dry set of courses? I've ridden the tufo tubular clinchers in snow/mud OK, and ridden the ritchey speedmax a lot.
