Can anyone for me the differences for me between a 650C vs. a 700C TT bike? In addition, has anyone ridden the Ceepo TT Venom or the Ceepo TT Killer?

Wheel size. 650C is smaller. 700C is the "standard" road bike size. 650C is a good option if you buy a small frame.

Thanks. I have been looking at getting a tri bike and have had several different suggestions on what I should get. I'm 6'5" and 245 pounds. Thoughts on what would be a better size?

At 6'5", you should definitely be getting a frame with 700c wheels. I don't think any frame manufacturers even make a frame made for 650c wheels that would come close to fitting you.
