Bicycle Mechanics - Does anyone know if these wheels are for Disc or rim brakes

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. I was the winner of these wheels for a decent price on Ebay today. I am modernizing my backup/snomuter bike which is an 85 Trek 830 with a nice Cro-mo frame. It has a bad rear wheel and a triple 5 gearing system. I needed some newer wheels as part of the upgrade process. I didn't get a response from the guy as to whether these rims are doublewall or single, eyeleted or not, and whether they were for Disc or rim brakes ( I need rim brake compatible wheels) before the auction ended. They are Weinmann zac19 if that hopefully means anything to anyone.
If they are for Disc, I will just re-sell them. But I was hoping somebody here might know. The picture is a bit ambiguous.

from the picture they look like single wall, rim brake wheels with no eyelets. Not too sure on the eyelets though.
Can you get a closeup of the eyelets and rim?
Rims designed for standard rim brakes can be used with disk brakes, assuming the spoke are not radial.
Some rims are "disk only", meaning they cannot be used with rim brakes.
The rims appear to have machined side-walls, so they can be used with rim brakes. Furthermore, the hubs do not seem to take rotors.

Yeah, rim brakes. I see nothing on the hubs that would suggest they are disk-capable, and the rim seems "rim-brake-capable" :D
Good question, though: often people buy wheels and rims without asking it.

A million dollar question: why would you go thru the trouble of scambay without knowing what you are buying or if it will work for your bike?

Million dollar question answered: to save money. At least, that's why I use eBay. It saved me more money than I would be willing to admit publicly.
OK, now send me the million dollars. Is it US dollars? Those are kinda losing value, so hurry up. I can send you my paypal account, or my bank account details for the wire transfer.
