Bend Bike

Not sure if anyone saw this weekend's cyclocross USGP, but Bend Oregon pretty much ruled the place. In terms of racers who call the place home, Bend Oregon had 4 racers in the Top-12. Trebon, Craig, Chris Sheppard (Canadian but lives here), and Chris Horner (the same one who finished 15th in the Tour de France this year).
We actually built up Horner's bike at our little Oregon Bike Shop (http://www.bendbikensport.com) last week. He is running a Ridley (of course) with SRAM red which was pretty trick looking. The funny part was that they didn't even give him the X-Fire, Ridley's carbon cyclocross race bike. Actually, Chris' girlfriend seemed a little more upset about it than he did.
Pretty sweet that our little town of Bend has turned into the pro cycling mecca.
