Found out the hard way and in case any of those groups rides or training riders read here thought I'd let them know.
There used to be a nice two lane + wide shoulder service road for 121 in Coppell but the northbound side is now one lane with no shoulder. You are locked in by those portable cement walls all the way through. They actually leave the shoulder there until you get over the hill and then see you're trapped. This was my new way home till last night. Driver go 60mph+ through here and with this just over the crest of a hill it seems pretty unsafe :(
The south bound side is down to one lane with a small 3ft shoulder so coming in I'm ok, especially at 5am
