The 200L headlight was 99usd. and the 140L tailinght was like 115 or something like that.
I remember this clearly as I was keeping track of the sale pricing and when the turn over of the end of sale was that night. I remmeber the pricing.
$99 USD for the 200L headlight sans helmet mount, 4xAA batteries, and battery charger.
$100 USD for the 140L tail light that comes with the new mount and sans 4xAA batteries and battery charger.
It came to about $115 CDN for the tail light shipped to my place in Canada then the bend over and get raped for $21.30 for customs/duty/taxes.
It was a killer deal for anyone that owned a battery charger already and if you did not you can always get a cheap charger locally. If I had the extra $99 I'd get the front head light but for me the tail light was more important as I can't always ride with my head looking backwards  and wanted a serious tail light for my safety. Perhaps in the future I may get the headlight but right now I have a DIY for the headlight and also with oncoming traffic I can see it and also avoid as well in conjunction with my front lighting blinkies.
