Any East End Ottawa Roadies?

I've recently discovered all the gorgeous rural roads south of Ottawa and would relish some company if not this year, then next spring.

Anything from a 28 to 32-33 kph over 3-6 hours would be great.

I may be interested next year. I've usually only done up to an hour of riding. I mostly commute to work from Rockland to Ottawa by bike in the summer. I have 2 small kids though so it could take some planning.
