Back to the subject we do need to encourage the new people to utilize their search engines on the web. Maybe if we just stay stern and encourage them to do as such before posting, or just revert them back to "Our guidelines" and encourage them to live by it.

As much as it sounds like a good idea, it has been tried (many times) and always failed. New people never want to listen to anything you say, and nothing you do will ever change that.

We do...but in my case, the factor here is 'serotonin'.

I've been told that serotonin is also found in 'shrooms, but even though I do quite a bit of mushroom hunting, I've confined my gathering to morels, chanterelles, and one called 'cauliflower mushroom'.

No need to do any experimenting, the citalopram has it covered :) .
