Sugino and Salsa both make them, I've bought them at www.excelsports.com
I have a Salsa ring with the Salsa guard and a 3rh Eye chain watcher to help me from dropping chains.
This isn't working quite as well as I would like though, so we might be ordering a different type of chain watcher.
Let me know if you guys run into the same problem.
Also, DON'T buy a Surly ring, it won't work on the shop owner's 10 speed Sram chain. I don't think its 1/8", but for some reason it didn't fit.
As HuckMeat said, Salsa or Sugino.

With a 10-speed rear, I use a Sugino 42t/110bcd with a Salsa Crossing Guard and an N-gear Jump Stop. So far so good. Over the weekend I had my first derailment during a run-up, the chain popped right back in when I started pedaling.

I should have added more before, I usually run a 44/110 salsa ring without problems, using a 3rd eye. However, for some really muddy races I switched to the 42 from sugino, and they are a lot lighter than the salsa rings. No problems using an outer guard and a 3rd eye with either.

I am running a 42 tooth Rocket Ring with 135/110 bcd combo (you can run it on either). $18 at the lbs.
