One of Ben Serotta's ex employees I heard set up a paint shop about a year or so ago, I don't know his name but I think he is in the Glens Falls/Lake George area. You might try calling Blue Sky Bicycle in Saratoga Springs, they may know. You might also try posting on the Mohawk Hudson Cycling Club 's forum.

http://www.cyclart.com/ does very good paint work ,especially if you want OEM colors and decals. one of my neighbors had a early 60's Alex Singer refinished by them a few years ago, It came out superb right down to the reproduction of decals
You ship your frame to them .
