I'm thinking of taking up this cycling thang.

I heard ovoleg's doing the slow mass group thang.

I have a friend coming today from out of town he wants to go over and do that Santa Monica CM...I heard the police there are not as friendly as other areas...?

Jackie and I will be riding the OCW Fall Metric on Sat. and probably the OCRR club ride on Sun. though Jackie has an option to sleep in on Sun. instead.

It gives me plenty of time to think of what phony story to use to explain the scar. Right now I'm thinking shark bite, or a rope injury from belaying down Half Dome.

We go reverse of the ride. Arrow Hwy to Longden, up Santa Anita, and then Huntington to Fair Oaks to Mission.

I was thinking of riding Santiago Canyon on Sunday. The fire's pretty much almost done and the Santa Ana winds havne't turned into much. 8:00am at Red Robin in Tustin Market place if anyone interested.

I'm doing a short ride through Griffith Park and up to the observatory later on in the day. I've got too many 'fix it' projects around the house.

I get the feeling tomorrow will be either my 6 mile loop of UCSD or a 3 mile commute ride and another 3 mile ride home. :mad:

Redal, it was nice to see ya out there making us hurt again. For me it was a lesson in got till I blow, then how fast can I recover and do it all over again. JP if ya see me say hi. Unfortuntely at my age I have trouble remembering what I look like, let alone others..

The SD Velodrome Swap Meet on Sunday is very disturbing to me. I want to go but I really don't need anything. Weird things can happen under such circumstances.

3 miles all out to make it fun, and I can always do some loops of TP afterwards. :)
