I use Optimum Nutrition whey protein. I get results from it. I'm presently trying a bedtime whey per Dr. Misner's recommendation. Don't notice anything interesting yet. Never tried the REM, but interested in it.

not those two, but the gels, HEED, and recoverite are in my pantry. i dig hammer nutrition, a lot. later.
