I have been a recumbent rider for about three months now and currently live in Ottawa but am expecting a move to Halifax in summer '08. Are there any/many recumbent riders there? I lived in Halifax between '84 and '89 and in '93-94 but never saw any during those periods.

velomont;I met a couple at the MS Tour this past summer who were riding bents.I believe they live in Bedford or Mount Uniacke and commute part way to work in halifax.I live on the South Shore of NS about an hour from Halifax and ride my trike and V Rex around this area.I also met a fellow from the Halifax area with a Greenspeed trike.Bents aren't common but there are a few around.

there seems to be a few die-hard tandem riders too.
