Hello all, just an old dude tryin' to get back to fightin' shape! I think I'm in over my head......Friday I went from a comfort bike to a road bike and my body is trying to adjust!!!!!:eek: I feel with enough ben-gay and motrin I just might make it!:)

Thanks for the welcome! I had been pullin' 20 miles on the comfort bike, so the 20 on the road bike just went faster....and rougher.....:D.

I'll bet you're feeling a lot better now, and ready to try again! It gets less uncomfortable the more you get out there (well, unless you have a saddle that just doesn't fit, but that's not quite the same!).

Don't worry, a few weeks from now you will wonder why you ever felt sore :) .
