Hello

I'm having troubles with OnOne hubs and cogs (these are made in Taiwan and sold in UK under the OnOne name).

Cog keeps slipping during skid, I used the shimano whip for cog and lockring

I even rotafixed the cog on the hub and used a small spacer just to be sure that the lockring was pressed hard on the cog without result.

Maybe the hub is defective?

Hub and cog are brand new, threads seems still ok

On-one hubs - they look identical to dimension hubs. The solution to your problem is to use rotafix on the cog and then get hozan lockring pliers and really tighten the lockring on.

It also helps not to use cheap cogs/lockrings. It also helps even more not to have a spacer on the lockring (why?). Less thread engagement on the lockring = bad.

The other solution is to get a brake and stop skidding.
