Looks like Miche Primato hubs use a standard 10x1 axle on the rear so you should be able to use any track nut threaded for a 10x1.
In other words - any bike shop that carries track stuff.

The originals have a reputation for cracking easily. I got my upgrade replacements from Urbane

but Yoshi is correct, any shop that stocks fixed gear stuff will have upgrade nuts.
