Is it really as confusing as it feels? Im really slow with all this computer stuff, and this has just confused the heck out of me. I paid last night and finally turned off the computer frustrated.:o

What do you use this program for?

To be honest, I don't use it nearly as much as I did when I got it. I used to pour over every power file to the most inane details. Now I download, check/markup intervals or other points of interest on a power file. If I happen to wear the HR strap, I'll look at smooth sections of pedaling (10+ minutes) to see where the HR was compared to power.

I do use it for race analysis and some race prep/pacing for TT's.

And, I get my TSS value and kjoules from it to log on my cycling log spreadsheet for diet/performance management/bike maintenance.

Just play around with it, it took me a good month to really get into it. I like the PMC, and other little things like TSS and NP.
