Hello to you bi-peds!
Just joined a week ago. Am 62, just retired, have rhumatoid arthritis and a leaky heart valve. Rx?: Get on a bike and ride! I love it, rain or shine. I live in Espoo, Finland, where paved, lighted and well maintained bike paths abound. Am learning so much already from you all.
