Rich,

I can't help with the photo but as far as upgrades go.. I would just ride your new old Gary Fisher for a few hundred (thousands ?) miles while really focusing on getting the fit for you and your stoker dailed in making it as comfortable as possible. At the same time insure all maintanance is totally current and all accessories are working perfectly. Basically ride a perfectly fitted, finely tuned '90's Gary Fisher tandem long enough to let it show you its' strengths and weaknesses ...you will shortly develope your own upgrade priorities. In our case, after riding an old C'dale for many miles it was captins seat, STI instead of barends, 9 spd instead of 7speeds, better gears for climbing... your list will look a lot different I'm sure...good luck.. most importantly just ride and enjoy the fun.

For photo...post it on photobucket...then down below the photo where it says "IMG Code", click on that and then paste into the text here. That's one way, at least.

If it works and ain't broke why mess with it?
Keep tandem ship shape/lubricated and old stuff works just fine.
When, or if, you eventually get another tandem you'll know what you like/don't like.
Our motto has been: we buy the best we can afford; if it wears out/fails, replace/fix it.
When you have the $$ . . . buy a new one.

Hey, I found out it's a 2000 Cannondale. The guy that was riding it was sponsored by Gary Fisher so he put the stickers on it.
