They just had a thread a few weeks ago over in commuting about mandatory driving test or something for the elderly. It definatly sounds like this guy doesnt need to be on the roads.

Last week I had a panic attack when I thought my bike had been stolen at the grocery store. Fortunately I had park my car where I could see it and remembered how I got there before I called the sheriff. How embarrassing could that have been?:o

That's hilarious! :D
Back when I had a car, I would frequently forget where I parked it (due to so rarely driving it) and decide it would be faster to walk or bike to my destination than to walk around the neighborhood trying to find the car. Definitely not the same, but perhaps he rarely drove his car, too. I could see myself doing that, sadly.

:p I've been there. I was walking out, carrying two bags of food and a huge pack of toilet paper, thinking "how am I going to get this stuff home? I think I forgot to bring rope. Awww **** my bike's gone!"
